I am a cancer survivor.

Throughout my cancer journey, I encountered moments of fear and uncertainty, but also moments of profound gratitude and love. During difficult times when I was lacking a north star, the plants reached out and invited me to reach back. They became a guiding light through the darkness, directing me into greater connection with myself, others and the living world around me. I found solace in nature and their healing medicines.

I've come to understand that surviving cancer isn't just about overcoming the disease but about the emotional healing, the connection and support of loved ones, and the acceptance of both the scars and the strength that comes with this journey.

Surviving cancer is more than just a victory over illness; it's a journey of resilience, transformation, and deep self-discovery. For me, it has become my journey to help others along the way, with herbal medicine in hand.

How Herbal
Medicine Can Help

At all stages of your cancer journey, there is a strong role for herbal medicine, therapeutic nutrition and other holistic practices.

Herbal medicine can be used to:

  • Reduce risk of developing cancer

  • Support physical and mental health during standard cancer care

  • Address side effects of the disease and treatments

  • Reduce risk of long term side effects of the disease and treatments

  • Recover and revitalise post cancer

I am currently accepting new patients in-person, online and over the telephone.
