a pathway home to the wisdom of the body, the plants, and nature

Many people feel a yearning, deep in their bones, to return to nature, and the wisdom of their body.

It can be hard to articulate this feeling if we don't have the language or framework to name what’s missing.

This is why we created Belonging.

We know how it feels to be lonely and disenchanted, longing for something deeper.

We know the pain of living within a culture that has lost its way.

It was the plants that called us home, awakening our awe and wonder as we learned to connect with the living world around us.

They were the light that guided us towards ancient ways of knowing, sparking a remembrance, of our own authentic nature.

Through herbalism we traveled a winding path that led us to a place of embodied nature reverence, and deep heart-felt connection.

We now invite you to join us on this path of herbalism, embodiment, and animism, as you too find your way to Belonging.

By the end of this program you will have gained the words, the cosmology, and the tools to walk yourself home.

Home to your body.

Home to the plants.

Home to the knowing that amongst the chaos of this world, you belong.

Over seven modules you will learn the language of the body, finding a place to rest within yourself, while sensitizing yourself to the living world.

We will explore the mental health and nervous system symptoms that arise as the result of our cultural severing from nature, and guide you towards regulation, connection, and Belonging.

Belonging is for the person who:

  • Feels disconnected from their body, and craves a feeling of ease, trust, and safety within themselves

  • Struggles with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other expressions of nervous system dysregulation, and is seeking a somatic, nature centered approach to healing

  • Feels lost within this culture, and hasn’t found a place of belonging

  • Desires a language, framework, and cosmology to address health and wellness that is rooted in the wisdom of nature

  • Longs to form an embodied relationship with the plants, animals, land, and waters around them

You belong.
