Somatic Sisterhood Circle
The Somatic Sisterhood Circle is a weekly touch point to attune to the wisdom of your body while being held in sisterhood. Each circle includes embodiment practices and meaningful conversations.
This eight week series will be focused on emotional literacy and emotional alchemy. Throughout our time together, we will explore how we can widen our capacity to feel our emotions without numbing so that we can stay connected to our body and access more regulation, authenticity and liberation. We'll work with somatic practices to process, embody and alchemize our emotions.
This circle will be facilitated by Marie Zak, Herbalist & Somatic Therapist.
