Somatic Sisterhood Nature Retreat
The Somatic Sisterhood Nature Retreat is a space to take a pause from daily life and immerse yourself in nature, sisterhood, and embodied awareness.
You’ll be lovingly held in a container designed to support your nervous system to unwind as you form lasting connections with the plants and sisters present. The day will include a heart opening cacao ceremony, yoga practice, embodied herbalism teachings, grounding cedar meditation, and sisterhood sharing circle.
Participants will be asked to leave their phones at home or turn them in at the beginning of the day in order to encourage the group to be fully present with themselves and each-other.
The day will be facilitated by Danya Buac, Founder of Wildsong Yoga and Marie Zak, Founder of Althaea Herbals.
Includes yoga practices, embodied herbal teachings, somatic sisterhood circle, tea, snacks, and cacao. Please bring your own lunch.
